Either we need to be able to remove rigs from our ships without destroying them, or we need to be able to put rigged ships inside other ships. Surely, rigs weren't meant to cause this... Pretty please?

In that case, is it possible to train Diplomacy high enough to reach greater than -5.0 with a faction if you are exactly at -7.0? Once person I talked to in-game used diplomacy to raise Gallente standing from -5.0 to -3.20 with Diplomacy level 3....
